In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the zk333 website accessible at https://zk333.onl and all associated mobile-optimised pages, games, features, and services operated under the zk333 brand.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "zk333" means the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its management, licensing, and service delivery.
• "You", "Member", "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Member's Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback credit, or other non- cash incentive granted to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms as specified in the applicable promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means thirty times the bonus value).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by zk333 before processing the first withdrawal or upon request at any time.
• "IDR" / "Rp" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the Platform for deposits, withdrawals, and displayed balances.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or zk333 policy.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and zk333.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

Membership and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. zk333 enforces a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law in a manner that creates personal legal jeopardy for the individual user.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or director of zk333 or its affiliated operators or software providers.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by zk333 for fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify zk333 promptly of any changes via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected].

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time zk333 deems necessary for compliance or security purposes, we require Members to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) — must be valid, not expired, and clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Payment method verification: Evidence of ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Selfie verification: A current photograph of you holding your photo ID, taken on the date of submission.

KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unedited digital images or PDF scans. zk333 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. Providing false, forged, or altered documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

All deposits on zk333 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are accepted, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of deposit:

zk333 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable bank fees.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification and must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your zk333 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other partner banks) are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB), and within 3 to 6 hours outside business hours.
• zk333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Real-money funds are always withdrawn before Bonus Funds.

zk333 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member. Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or system maintenance.

zk333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as displayed on the Platform at the time of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of game mechanics and payouts, while these Terms & Conditions prevail in respect of Account management, bonuses, and payments.

• All slot titles on zk333 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk333 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances, with potential legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Members in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates operating in bad faith.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime in connection with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a location or using a method (such as a VPN or proxy) intended to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk333 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

zk333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling among its Members. The following tools are available to all registered Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time-Outs: Take a break from the Platform for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 months. During a time-out, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from all zk333 services. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and the amount wagered during your current session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of zk333 is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk333 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or events outside zk333's reasonable control (force majeure).
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports odds, draw results, or other third-party data displayed on the Platform.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep Account credentials secure or your failure to log out of a shared device.
• Decisions made by Members based on information, statistics, or content published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, zk333's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a Member, zk333 will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or an on-site notification. Your continued use of the Platform after publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk333 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent zk333 from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or the prevention of fraud. Indonesian players acknowledge that by registering on the Platform, they accept these dispute-resolution provisions and the jurisdiction of the applicable arbitration forum.
